This Privacy Policy explains how Perriden BV (“Arenova”, “we”, “our” or “us”) collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use the Arenova mobile application and website.

3. Why we collect your data (Purposes & Legal Grounds)
We process your data only when we have a legal basis.
1. Provide the Service (core functionality)
o To create and manage your account, log your games, generate insights.
o Legal basis: Contract necessity (you use the app).
2. Personalization & Insights
o To generate tailored memories, statistics, quizzes, and recommendations.
o Legal basis: Legitimate interest (we need personalization for the service to be valuable).
3. Analytics & Improvement
o To understand how the app is used and improve features.

4. Marketing & Communication

4. Who we share your data with
We never sell your personal data. We may share it with:

• Business Partners (clubs, bars) – only in anonymized/aggregated form.

• Account data: kept as long as you have an active account.
